About Me
I am a Multi-Licensed Clinician and Certified Coach with over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic counseling and coaching for clients of various ages and cultural backgrounds, and a broad range of clinical and personal goals. I possess an innate ability to establish trusting and healing relationships, with core values and passion for connecting with genuine compassion and gentle care.
I can confidently help to guide you to become "unstuck" from mental, emotional, and behavioral burdens, to be able to experience significant relief, including during intense world crises. I can help you to be able to achieve your goals for health and personal life success. Let's start with identifying any underlying barriers and clarifying which support tools will be needed to help you to be able to feel and be at your very best!

I provide virtual sessions, from the comfort of your own home or preferred environment :)

My Approach
I utilize an Integrative approach to providing therapeutic support, as I adapt different approaches and related techniques to provide individualized support unique to each person's wants and needs (which varies over the course of treatment).
My innate, foundational therapeutic approach is Person- or Client-Centered, see brief description below:
Person-Centered Therapy uses a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, they will discover their own solutions. The therapist acts as a compassionate facilitator, listening without judgment and acknowledging the client’s experience without moving the conversation in another direction. The therapist is there to encourage and support the client and to guide the therapeutic process without interrupting or interfering with the client’s process of self-discovery.

I also have a background in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is widely known to be a leading evidence-based treatment approach. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on identifying and shifting fearful and/or critical thinking habits and rooted beliefs, toward more objective and encouraging ways of thinking toward the self. CBT is known as a proven (evidence-based) form of talk therapy and can be short-termed.
Specializing in treating Anxiety, Depression and Life Transitions
Anxiety
Anxiety symptoms can be powerful and greatly debilitating. Many people fear they are caused by a serious medical or mental illness.
Thankfully, understanding anxiety symptoms, their cause, and how to get rid of them can not only eliminate anxiety symptoms but can also remove related fears about them.
Depression
When you’re depressed, it can feel like you’ll never get out from under a dark shadow. However, even the most severe depression is treatable.

By becoming as informed as possible, though, you can find the treatments that can help you overcome depression, feel happy and hopeful again, and reclaim your life.
Life Transitions
Transitions are a natural part of life: marriage, birth, death, a move, a new job, divorce, retirement, aging – the list goes on. Adjusting to big changes can be overwhelming to face on your own.

Navigating change and related stress is possible! You can discover new coping strategies that allow you to better adapt to uncertain or difficult times.
